As an entertainment journalist, Lillian has interviewed celebrities such as Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis, Sandra Bullock, Matt Damon, Hugh Jackman, John Oliver and many more. In 2008, she hosted a political travel web series for the U.S. State Department website America.gov, which allowed her to travel around the country and interview some very interesting characters about the 2008 presidential election.
